The Avalon Style Gate: This is our most popular gate style. Although the Castle is lighter and well suited for wider 13’ to 14’ acreage gates, most neighborhood gates are 10’ to 12’ wide. This slightly heavier Avalon Style with the 4" bar spacing is well suited for small children and animals. If you have a smaller than average dog take a look at our Barcelona style with the bars doubled on the bottom.
Specifications: Picket size 3/4", picket spacing 4”, frame built with 4 rails - two top and two bottom, standard frame size is 1 1/4". For a heavier look we also offer an upgrade to a 1 1/2” frame. Support post 4" x 4" set 5' deep. Paint primer is dipped for 100% coverage. Finish coat is sprayed with two coats of satin black enamel. This gate is offered with a picket point top or a smooth top rail. Also we can build this gate with or without an arched top.
